This is a view from the peninsula near Lagos looking toward the west - to the beautiful beach in Luz and far in the distance the small town of Burgau. 

Dieses Foto schaut von der Halbinsel in der Nähe von Lagos Richtung Westen - zum schönen Strand in Luz bis zu dem kleinen Ort, Burgau.

The Birds

Like something out of a Hitchcock movie, when there is something to eat, the seagulls arrive in a swarm. I awaken every morning to the sound of seagulls.

Wie aus einem Hitchcock Film, wenn’s was zum essen gibt, kommen die Möwen von überall. Jeden Morgen, wenn ich aufwache, höre ich die Möwen.

Usually, the weather is rather calm here, but on a windy day, the waves whip into the shore and flatten the footprints in the sand.

Normalerweise ist das Wetter hier relativ ruhig, aber wenn der Wind kommt, sind die Wellen hoch und die Fusstapfen im Sand verschwinden schnell.
